Returning to the Diamond Podcast with my good friend and business partner, Alfredo Diamond, was more than just another conversation—it was a chance to reflect on a journey that blends business success with meaningful impact. We dived deep into my recent travels to the Philippines, ambitious business goals for 2025, and the heart of my nonprofit work, where every website I build helps put food on the table for children in need.

Recent Travels and Climate Shock

Two months ago, I visited the Philippines where the temperature was a pleasant 90 degrees. Returning to Richmond in the middle of a snowstorm was quite the shock to my system! I’m already planning my next trip to Florida to escape the cold weather.

My Nonprofit Work: Kingdom Legacy

During my time in the Philippines, I worked with our nonprofit organization, Kingdom Legacy. We’re in the process of purchasing property that will serve as a central kitchen location for our feeding program. Currently, we operate 7-8 feeding sites and provide meals to approximately 3,500 children every month.

Kingdom Legacy isn’t just about feeding children. My senior developer, who’s been with me for six years and is also a government official, runs a six-month school program focused on technology. At the end of the program, students receive a basic digital marketing certification, which helps them secure jobs and build their careers.

Our goals for 2025 include:

What makes our nonprofit sustainable is that 10% of the profits from my business, Instant Web Tools, goes directly to supporting these initiatives. This allows us to transform lives and create real change for children in the Philippines.

Business Updates: Instant Web Tools in 2025

For my business, we’re excited to launch a new program in 2025: “How to Run Your Website in 30 Days.” This challenge will help businesses either build a new website from scratch or improve their existing outdated websites to rank better in search engines within just 30 days.

Having managed and ranked hundreds of websites over the years, we’ve developed a proven process that works. Whether you’re starting from zero traffic or looking to improve your online presence, our team can help multiply your visibility on Google and other search engines.

The Problem with Bad Websites

As I explained to Alfredo during our conversation, having a bad website can seriously hurt your business. If your site doesn’t show up in search results, potential customers won’t find you. They’ll click on your competitors instead.

In 2019, we created a software that audits websites, checking for issues like:

This audit provides a clear list of what needs to be fixed, allowing us to implement strategic solutions to improve your online presence.

The Value of Sponsoring Diamond Podcast

One of the key topics we discussed was the value of sponsoring Diamond Podcast. Here’s why it’s such a powerful marketing opportunity:

  1. Instant audience access: You immediately tap into Diamond Podcast’s established audience, reaching people who prefer to support local businesses.
  2. Improved domain authority: We can help increase your website’s domain authority using H-refs tools. We’ll even provide before-and-after screenshots showing your improvement.
  3. Quality backlinks: Your business will be mentioned and linked from the Diamond Podcast website, creating valuable backlinks that boost your SEO.
  4. Press release format: Your sponsorship includes a blog post format that appears in Google searches, further increasing your online visibility.
  5. Incredible value: For a one-time sponsorship fee (as low as $180), you get marketing benefits that would typically cost ten times as much elsewhere.

This is perfect for local businesses like plumbing companies, small clinics, or holistic health practitioners who want to expand their online presence without breaking the bank.

Looking Forward

As I continue to balance my business and nonprofit work in 2025, I’m excited about the opportunities ahead. The digital marketing landscape is constantly evolving, with content becoming increasingly important—whether it’s text-based, audio, or video.
